Yes. If there is time, we add them the same day and put the price in writing before we start. If not, we schedule a return visit.
Is any job too small?
No. We take single repairs, like one door or one shelf. Many people save up a few items so one visit covers more of the list.
Do you work for landlords and property managers?
Yes. Turnovers (getting a unit ready for the next tenant) and fix-it lists, with a written estimate for each unit.
I'm not in Florida right now. Can you still do the work?
Yes. You don't need to be home. Leave us a key, and we send you photos of the work before and after, so you can see it from wherever you are.
